Payroll Assistant is required for an urgent permanent position based in Cambridge working for a huge global organisation. You will be responsible for supporting with all payroll, pension and benefits processes for the UK and across Europe.

Your duties as a Payroll Assistant / Payroll Co-ordinator will be:

- Help handle story payments and returns;
- Ensure that data received in the right format an processed carefully so payroll are accurate and delivered on time;
- Produce timely and accurate reports;
- Respond to payroll related queries from employees and partners;
- Complete data reconciliation and validation process;

We are looking for the successful Payroll Assistant / Payroll Co-ordinator to have:

- Experience in payroll preparation, processing an reconciliation;
- Confident with MS Excel – pivot tables formulas and V-lookups;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Superb communicator;
- Highly customer orientated;
- Some pensions statutory knowledge using SAP would be advantageous.
