Xpress solutions are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in the Oldham area

Responsibilities:

- Process high volume supplier invoices using sage
- Chasing outstanding approvals and invoices
- Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting with payments
- Must be computer literate and fully conversant with word, excel and sage line 50


Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role and in an accounts function
- Must have Sage line 50 experience
- Professional approach
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Be well organised with great attention to detail
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

salary negotiable
