Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a client-orientated, well-established practice in Gloucestershire.

We are now tasked with a seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Property Lawyer on a permanent basis to join a CQS accredited and fast-expanding firm. With the skills and expertise to confidently manage your own caseload, the successful candidate will advise on a range of commercial property matters.


- Managing a full caseload
- Landlord and tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Enfranchisement law
- Lease granting and renewals
- Development
- Planning matters

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE in commercial property
- The ability to confidently manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision is essential
- Ideally, you will be able to provide first-class customer care
- It is necessary to prove laterally thinking and approaching issues creatively and collaboratively
