AJ Chambers are working with a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants located in Canterbury, who are looking for a Client Manager to join their team

If you have experience in managing a client portfolio and have a keen focus on supervising juniors and semi-seniors, then this job may be for you. For the right person, there would be an opportunity to progress to partner level.

 Client Manager roles and responsibilities:

  • Being able to train, supervise and review work of juniors
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
  • Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Ability to manage a team of accounts assistants, both onsite and offsite

 Client Manager qualities and qualifications:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Previous experience in reviewing and supervising junior work
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
  • A minimum of 6 years in public practice
  • Experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, Quickbooks)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
