IT Support Analyst

Support Analyst with experience of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows to work as part of an internal team acting as first point of call for all technical support queries. You will be expected to respond to service requests within given SLA’s and be able to work with 2nd line teams to escalate issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience working with a 1st line support capacity
* Experience of Windows, Active Directory and Exchange – password resets, user creation, access/permissions etc
* Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN connectivity
* Experience of building laptops and PCs, setting up mobile phones and installing hardware and software
