Credit Control Team Leader paying up to £30,000 based in Salford

A reputable law firm company with their modern offices based in Salford Quays are looking for an experienced and dynamic Credit Control Team Leader to join the team. The role is a newly created role due to an acquisition made by the company

The Role and Responsibilities of the Credit Control Team Leader position will include:

• Managing a team of 3 Credit Control clerks

• Ensuring customers are invoiced on a timely basis

• Ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner, chasing accordingly to meet payment day KPI targets

• Minimising the unbilled time each month by PO and contract management

• Debt reporting to senior management

• Improving and streamlining current invoicing process

• Handle disputes and escalated customer queries

• Reviewing KPI's and performance

• Reporting results and cash flow forecasts to senior management

• Ensuring aged debt is collected

• Allocating payments

The ideal individual will be confident and experienced in a similar credit position.
