Job overview / purpose
As the business expands, GCI are looking for bright, technically savvy apprentices to join our Microsoft Practice and to embark on the Network Engineer level 4 Apprenticeship Programme.
From day one, you will become a valued member of the UC Engineering Team and your focus will be on:Developing your skills and experience in a technical support role Resolving customer's unified communications problems
The end goal of your ultimate journey will be in Microsoft Consultancy, where you will be able to:Work with customers directly on the development and deployment of their solution

Desired qualificationA-Levels in ICT/Computing Or an Apprenticeship in a similar subject (this must be at least the level below the planned programme) Or an International Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT Or a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
37.5 hrs per week, under shift patterns,
Shift work: 7 x 24 hour working pattern
£17,000 per annum. Plus shift allowance of £1800.
