A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ an GBM Talent Programme Lead based in London.

Hours 35 per week/permanent.

Competitive salary offered.

The GBM Talent Programme Lead’s primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth execution of one of the flagship diversity led talent programmes. They will support the acceleration of female development, sponsorship and exposure across GBM (Global Banking and Markets) and other functions. They will manage and track key project milestones with the relevant stakeholders, escalating risks, managing the project day to day from an operational standpoint.

The GBM Talent Programme Lead will manage the communication plans (in conjunction with the talent team), manage the key deliverables of the programme including, global/regional conference events, vendor management, budget tracking, skills session scheduling, and coaching project management across the global cohorts, ROI tracking and monitoring. They will closely work with the Talent team - who will provide the internal guidance, and work alongside the business. They will require strong talent programme design element and will take a coaching role with participants and supporting development needs at an individual and group level.

The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:

  • Strong, proven project management skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with global communication tools such as Webex, VC Conferencing facilities and other such applications.
  • Good programme management experience – comfortable delivering global programmes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high volume and pro-active in their approach.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to escalate potential project de-railing risks and is comfortable with adapting to changes on the programme that may impact delivery, i.e. flexible in their approach and able to manage accordingly.
  • Experience in maintaining good vendor relationships and feasibility to work across geographies.
