Salary: £19,000 – £22,000

IT Helpdesk Support – 1st/2nd Line Support specialist is required to join a leading UK organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent organisation with enterprise technology and career progression.

Essential skills:

* Excellent communication skills, experience dealing with senior stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers

* 365 Administration

* MS Sharepoint Administration / Customisation (Cloud)

* Azure / Active Directory Administration (Setup users, passwords, User groups etc)

* MS Office 2016 (Install, Usage, Install repairs)

* Windows PC and Apple Mac OS (Win 7, 10 and Mac OS "Maverick" onwards)

* Mobile iOS and Android iOS setup and configuration

* General PC Hardware

* ISO27001 Awareness and processes

Role:

As a IT Helpdesk Support – 1st/2nd Line Support specialist, you will be required to provide first class customer service across the business, you will be providing support to people across the UK remotely and internal staff also. You will have the opportunity to work on the best of technology and develop your skills.
