The Role

A brand new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our Centralised Recruitment function within Helping Hands. Our business has been through substantial growth over the last few years and we continue to increase our headcount to allow for our ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. The Recruitment team is a dedicated team who support the business in the recruitment of our carers.

The Recruitment Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for updating the Compliance team with applications as well as overseeing incoming application forms and documents and advising on incomplete application forms.
Role Responsibility
  • To support the Compliance team including application and documentation checking.
  • To ensure that applications received are in line with the CQC regulations.
  • Data entry onto internal applicant tracking systems.
  • Managing data on new carers and making sure it is accurate.
  • Updating the Compliance team on new and existing candidates.
  • Reporting on incomplete applications to the Recruitment Manager.

Who You Are

You will ideally have experience within an in-house or agency recruitment role or have a real passion for recruitment. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident in working in a fast paced environment and working to deadlines. You will be extremely organised and will be confident in prioritising your work load and using your own initiative. You will also have excellent IT skills.
