Student Participation Adviser
We have great opportunity based at Bedford campus for a Student Participation Adviser to become a key member of our Student Services department.
As a Student Participation Adviser, you will play a key part in supporting the success of our students through:
- To support and deliver a full enrichment programme which contributes to and enhances the student experience.
- To supervise and promote themed events and wellbeing services for students at Bedford College and the Bedford Sixth Form.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experience of using Microsoft Office applications. Additional experience of working in an education environment alongside the following qualifications:
- Level 2 qualification in relevant subject e.g. Care/Social Care
- English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year.

Contract Type –Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)
40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
25 days holiday per annum
An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
