Client Service Analyst (Asset Management) Excellent Salary Permanent Edinburgh Posted Wednesday 5th Dec 2018 Start date Jan - Feb 2019 Meraki Talent’s leading Asset Management client a Client Service Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh. The focus of this role is to work alongside the Client Relationship Managers and the sales team to deliver a consistently excellent standard of client service. The role holder will ensure that client requirements, enquiries and requests are dealt with in a professional manner alongside contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Client Service Professional or a candidate with strong industry knowledge looking to move into a Client Service role who can display a commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities of the Client Service Analyst (Asset Management): -In conjunction with the Client Relationship Managers, act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients -Ensure that all client requirements, enquiries and requests are dealt with professionally and within appropriate timescales -Contribute to developing and managing client change, product amendments and product launches Background of the Client Service Analyst (Asset Management): -Demonstrable experience of working within Asset Management or a Third-Party Administrator -Strong evidence of commitment to service excellence -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential Is this job for you?
