Evolve's award winning financial services client are investing heavily in the newest technology and methods and are consequently looking for a highly knowledgeable Devops Engineer with a focus on the Microsoft tech stack. You will join a small team of experts in the DevOps team within their Edinburgh city-centre offices on a permanent basis. You will work with the latest Microsoft technologies and be part of the team which provides tools, technologies, infrastructure and processes to the extensive development teams within the organisation. You will also play a key role in the organisation's ambitious digital transformation programme. The successful DevOps Engineer will develop solutions across the MS tech stack and will ensure that all documentation and code meets group standards and is thoroughly tested throughout the dev teams. You will work closely with the development teams by sharing your ideas and experiences. You will have the following technical skills and experience: - Proven track record of an enterprise scale environment - Excellent understanding of service-oriented and event-driven web architectures - Knowledge of the following tools and tech: .NET, C#, VSTS/TFS Release Management, Visual Studio, SQL Server - Ability to work across a variety of languages and a true passion for new technologies and innovations - 1st Class communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with stakeholders at all levels In return our client are offering a fantastic salary (up to £50,000) with company bonus, 28 days annual leave (plus public), double-matched pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance (1 year service) as well as a variety of flexi-benefits and discounts.
