Associate Town Planner | London | International Property FirmAre you an ambitious Associate Town Planner who is on the lookout for a new opportunity with a renowned and ambitious property consultancy with an international presence?Are you seeking an opportunity where you will be a valued and respected member of a dynamic team who rarely find the need to recruit? If so, this role is worth exploring. In this firm you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to some of the most complex and exciting developments within London and the UK. You will work on large scale residential and mixed use schemes, and will take the lead in developing and shaping the careers of the junior level members within the team. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to building long standing relationships with a diverse range of housebuilders, landowners, developers and private organisations located across the Greater London region. In order to satisfy the requirements for this role, you must: * Be MRTPI Accredited * Have at least 2 -3 years post membership experience * Have extensive development control experience within the London region * Hold a strong planning background within the private sector * Be confident at driving through a range of planning projects from inception to completion You will be motivated and experienced in taking the lead on a range of planning applications at various stages, in order to provide a robust consultancy service to an ever expanding client base. You will be a proactive individual, with the ability to lead and motivate junior members of staff. The successful candidate will also be working at either Principal or Associate level and will be confident working in a capacity. The Reward?
