The employment practice at this international firm is highly respected. The employment team work with clients on the full range of domestic and international employment issues. They work with a broad range of blue chip and global clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, insurance, IT, pharmaceutical, transport, consumer products, publishing and retail.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and leading London team with high quality, varied and interesting work. The team work on high profile domestic employment matters, complex litigation and strategic HR advisory work, as well as advising on global projects and transactions. A mid-level associate is sought by the team to continue to push the practice forward. You will have solid experience in advising on TUPE, redundancy, day to day queries from clients (including: disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, performance management, whistleblowing issues, contract and policy reviews), High Court litigation and managing employment tribunals
