Join the Cunard marketing communications team as Onboard Revenue (OBR) Marketing Manager, and you’ll play an important role in writing Cunard's next chapter.?

Your focus will be on supporting improving OBR generation through the effective delivery of marketing activity to Cunard guests. You'll develop varied and compelling campaigns that reflect the passion points of our international audience. In collaboration with shore side teams in the UK and our international markets you’ll manage the delivery of effective OBR activity to deliver our commercial goals, delight guests and strengthen brand perceptions along the way.



The Role?

We are currently recruiting an Onboard Revenue (OBR) Marketing Manager to join the Cunard Marketing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced individual to join a high performing team at a particularly exciting time.?

As the OBR Marketing Manager you will play an influential role in helping to maintain Cunard’s position as the benchmark in luxury travel, leading the creation of an OBR marketing strategy. Working with the Global Marketing Onboard Revenue, commercial teams and our appointed CRM agency, you will improve the guest experience and onboard revenue though the development and delivery of comprehensive and innovative marketing and communications plans, continually striving to improve the effectiveness of OBR communications across the entire customer journey.

This is a key role within our business as it directly contributes to defining and shaping the future of the iconic Cunard brand.?

About You?

We are looking for highly capable individual, who is great at engaging within fast-paced operations and sees how all tasks, big or small, contribute to ensuring we deliver the benchmark in luxury travel.?

We would expect you to have previous experience of working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate where you have previously driven revenue via B2C marketing activity. Educated to degree level or holding an equivalent academic or professional qualification in Marketing or CRM would be highly desirable.?
