Working on site for a Canon customer, you will be ensuring paper levels and toners are replenished and handle basic electro mechanical issues to keep the machine working or excalating as appropriate. You will be replenishing, maintaining and optimising Canon's award winning Multi Functional Devices on a client site, for one of our key customers.

Being the face of Canon, you will have the opportunity to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders and really make a difference to the operational performance of our Managed Print Services. You’ll enjoy autonomy daily, providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.

What We Give:
You will support the introduction of service improvements and developments and will respond to customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting demands pro-actively where possible. Using your excellent communication skills, you will communicate with customers consistently and will have the confidence by asking, to understand their needs as well as promote the services being offered.

You will respond pro-actively to device notifications e.g. When toner or paper levels are running low and carry out regular maintenance checks and identify or escalate potential problems.

Providing excellent customer service, you will maintain a 'show room appearance' of all devices, ensuring requisite levels of consumables to all machines and act as the site interface with the clients facilities Management (FM) and IT community and will be expected to deliver device training to users as required.

You will make decisions within the remit of role as outlined in key tasks above, but you will have the support and guidance of your Client Services Manager for any issue outside of your remit, knowledge or expertise.

Self-Development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills in this role through the support and guidance of your Manager.

Unless otherwise stated the hours of work are core business working hours from Monday to Friday.

What We Ask:
You are already a competent Operative who has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Ideally you will have a basic technical knowledge or electro mechanical or electrical experience and experience in understanding and following health and safety guidelines.

You Will Need:

You will need to be highly organised and proactive with the ability to problem solve any arising issues. Time management is important to achieve high levels of productivity. Drive and determination to succeed is key.

Further Information:

Salary - from £18,495 to £20,555 + 5% bonus OTE
Location - London N18 1QX
