COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE PA

On behalf of my client I am excited to present this career position to the market.

My client's business is ambitious; a challenger to the norm in their sector, reputable and expanding and the business owner is complimented by a team who have the passion to succeed. They have an exciting opportunity for a career minded Commercial Assistant /Executive PA to join the team and to work 1-2-1 with the owner.

Shadowing and supporting the owner, you will ensure organisation and managing daily tasks are completed to deadline to alleviate the pressure from the business owner, who is very hands on and would like to have some time saved to enable the working day to be more strategic. In order for this to happen I am looking for candidates who have worked in a similar role before, one whose exceptional PA skills and commercial acumen will drive projects and someone who is able to collaborate with other departments to support and help the growth of the business.

You will be the layer between the businesses internally and externally, dealing with queries and requests efficiently and competently. You will run and manage internal meetings and progress the action points to fruition and giving updates accordingly. Additionally, you will take care of marketing, attend business networking events and be the key person for new contacts; there will be elements of financial admin and dealing with highly confidential matters and reviews on the way the business administers internal and external paperwork and workflow processes.

I am looking for someone with a confident personality who is entrepreneurial, motivated to be consistently seeking ways to effectively support the business and one who will be the number two in the company. Competency in Microsoft is required with ideally an intermediate to advance level of skill. Your role will be to respectively work as number two in the business but be humble enough to be processing invoices and orders with the team during busy periods. If you had experience within professional services that could be beneficial.

In return, you will receive a salary of between £35-40k experience dependent; you will also receive a competitive benefits package.

Are you up for the challenge? Due to the nature of this role you may be required to work extended hours therefore flexibility for this is essential.

This role is live and there will be at least a 2 stage interview process to manage your expectations.
