We are working with a leading international sports business that are after a Information Systems Manager to cover Europe on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the management and provisioning of all software applications and IT Infrastructure for the EMEA region as well as LS400 application development and support for Asia Pacific markets.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of managing full life-cycle software development activities, managing an IT operation and feel comfortable dealing with major stakeholders. You will need to have a strong knowledge of industry standards and techniques in software development and testing, experience with data architecture and the ability to influence technical discussions and decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Information Systems Manager to take the next step in their IT career with a globally recognised brand. You will be tasked with directing and managing teams that are responsible for the IT Infrastructure, Software Development & Helpdesk support, whilst having a hand in overseeing the System architecture, providing maintenance and support. As the most senior IT Professional you will also be accountable for creating, promoting and enforcing IT policies, methodologies and best proactive, ensuring IT audit compliance requirements are met. Lastly, you will drive the planning and execution of multiple application development and operational activities.
