A leading professional services company based in Gatwick, Crawley West Sussex have a requirement for an HR & Learning & Development Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The HR & L&D Administrator will work within a team of 8 and be responsible for all HR & L&D administration. Duties will include updating and maintaining the HR system, monitoring training records, assisting with inductions, monitoring absence forms, recruitment administration, assisting the HR Officer with monthly updates regarding employee benefits, supporting the HR Assistant with the wider HR duties and supporting the L&D officer with L&D administration and assisting with external seminars, conferences and courses,
