This is a unique opportunity for an experienced event operations Manager to join a fast growing niche membership and events business. Based in the heart of the city of London, St Paul's dealing with a unique and exclusive clientele lies both challenge and opportunity for the successful candidate.
Key attributes required to fulfil the positions remit and responsibilities in this demanding environment include:

• Excellent administration skills
• Close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – by phone, letter, email and in person
• Well-presented and personable
• Ability to work across a number of projects, and switch focus quickly
• Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Ability to balance needs of all stakeholders and to prioritise accordingly
• Able to take responsibility, being authoritative whilst remaining calm and professional
• Comfortable with hosting responsibilities such as handling introductions on-site
• Supervisory skills, ability to delegate and outsource appropriately
• Problem-solving and creativity
• Experience of using InDesign software
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Experience of proofreading
• Must be comfortable in a five star environment
• International travel throughout Europe and the Middle East is a requirement of the role.
• 2 years prior event operations experience
