Who we are. What makes ACE Lifts different from all other lift companies?

Established for 30 years, we are different from other lift companies, we are passionate about R&D; we manufacture our own lift control panels in house and we are currently working on an online remote monitoring system the i-COM, compatible with any lift, whatever the type or manufacturer.

Quality is at the forefront of everything we do, one of our main objectives is to continually exceed our customer’s expectations by providing all our staff with excellent learning and training support to ensure ACE Lifts always surpasses the industry norm. We aim to reduce Lift breakdowns to below industry average by the end of 2019.

You therefore will be joining the ACE team at an exciting time; the strategic financial objectives are for the company to grow at a rate of 20% per annum for the next 3 years.

Position: Service Manager
Location: London / South
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Circa £45k dependant on experiences + benefits

About the role:

Due to business growth and expansion we are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to cover London and the South of England. We are seeking a Lift Industry Professional who can demonstrate the ability and show the leadership skills required to grow and develop the team.

You will be responsible for all the southern servicing and breakdown SLA’s, site audits, key account management and site surveys as instructed by sales and marketing.

About you:

This role will suit a senior manager from within the lift industry who is genuinely ambitious and wants a challenging and interesting job. Someone who strives to make a real difference to the overall company performance.

It is essential that you have experience as a Service Supervisor / Manager from within the lift industry and can demonstrate that you have successfully led, managed and developed a team of field engineers. You will have a keen knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
