Job title – Housing Systems Administrator
Location – Stevenage (SG1)
Contract – Ongoing temp role
Salary - £11.61 per hour
Hours - Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Job Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a team of System Support and Development Officers who report to the Housing Business Systems Manager and take responsibility for IT systems within Housing. The post holder is required to have good business analysis skills & an ability to undertake complex configuration tasks. The key purpose of the role is to ensure that IT systems are set up and configured in housing to maximise business benefits. Each System Support and Development Officer will be required to take individual responsibility for working within particular areas of Housing and will require a detailed understanding of business objectives and processes in these areas.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have recent experience of Northgate Housing Management system and be able to provide end user support.
• An understanding of data protection legislation, the importance of data quality and a detailed knowledge of ICT change control procedures
• Training qualification and/or equivalent experience in identifying staff training requirements and designing and delivering training programmes in respect of IT systems
