We are a 'Good' Ofsted Apprenticeship specialist in the market who works with other organisations to provide skills training and coaching to employers through an apprenticeship pathway.

An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach (Assessor) for Express Delivery Operative (EDO) supporting our levy clients. The ideal candidate will have industry background as an EDO, for example:

* Working in a fast-paced express delivery environment; multi drop, timed deliveries.

* Planning and tracking progress of deliveries against expected schedules.

* Knowledge of manual and IT systems used to confirm deliveries.

* Understanding of Click & Collect drop point procedure.

* Understanding of legal process when installing delivered goods.

* Risk assessment of deliveries and dynamic risk assessments to suit changing circumstances.

* Understanding of the various types of contracts in the express delivery environment; employed, self-employed, owner driver.

Purpose of role:

To undertake training, assessments and reviews within occupational area(s), including Functional Skills-English and Maths with learners, in order to achieve Seetecs training outcome targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of Learners to achieve their learning outcomes in the workplace.

* To ensure Functional Skills Maths and English are embedded within the delivery.

* Support and deliver the required standards, qualifications and levels.

* Assist in the recruitment, induction and assessment of learners, as required.

* Ensure all documentation is fully compliant with internal and external quality assurance standards.

* Ensure appropriate quality assurance systems and procedures are complied with at all times.

* Maintain an e-portfolio to achieve timely outcomes of learners.

* To conduct learner observations, assessment planning, and evidence learning.

* Manage caseloads to meet Seetec timely completion rate as required.

* Contribute to the Curriculum Team in the development of learning materials, lesson plans and learning schedules for Standards.

* Manage own caseloads within timely completion rate as required by assessment and verification processes.

* Actively promote Seetec Apprenticeships and programmes, generating sales leads and source learners to maintain 100% caseload, including progressing learners onto higher apprenticeships.

The Apprenticeship Delivery Coach mentors and assesses the professional competency of learners within the workplace whilst supporting them towards a nationally recognised qualification and in-work progression.

Knowledge and Experience:

* Must have practical vocational work experience in relevant sectors

* Must be fully or part A1/V1 Qualified - must hold current and up to date A1 Assessor/V1 awards or equivalent Teaching qualification minimum level PTTLS

* Must hold UK Driving License and have own transport, must be able to travel to multi-site locations

* Level 2 Functional Skills ITC, English and Maths

* Up to date relevant CPD record

* Planning and tracking progress of deliveries against expected schedules.
