Our client, a global successful company which specialises in all aspects of online marketing and online gaming, is looking for a talented bilingual CRM Manager to join their creative team.

Due to the demands of their increasing market, your role will be creating and coordinating successful digital marketing campaigns to target their customers. As a bilingual CRM Manager you will be responsible for social media campaigns, improving the customers' engagement, as well as ensuring the CRM campaign is attractive, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business. As part of you role, you will be monitoring, analysing and improving the strategies for the Social Media campaigns. As a bilingual CRM manager you will be working closely with the design, copy-writer team as well with the casino team and the CEO; it is therefore crucial for you to have exceptional communication and organisational skills to communicate clearly and effectively.
The ideal candidate would have a proven background in an online gaming environment and have previous solid exposure to managing online marketing campaigns, as well as a 2nd language to a native level.

* Fluent in English and a 2nd language, both written and spoken
* Previous experience as a CRM Manager or CRM Executive with background in Online Casino or Online Betting
* Skills in managing digital marketing campaigns, analysing marketing performance, CRM execution, online casino and Content Creation
* Previous background in online casino, sports, betting or gaming is very desirable
* Understanding of CRM systems and processes
* Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisation skills
* Able to work well in a fast paced environment and independently
* Strong MS Office skills
* Knowledge of web development, HTML coding and Dreamweaver
