This well known Motor Dealership is looking for a Branch Administrator and the key tasks would be as follows:-

Maintaining a daily audit list of vehicles on site.

Manage the CRM system.

Maintain correspondence with customers.

Make follow up calls to customers to ensure they are happy with their purchase and satisfied with the service.

Deal with all related correspondence such as invoices, chasing orders, raising cheques and car taxation, along with various other admin work.
