A leading ICT Services Company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst Team Leader on a permanent basis to work at their London offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an ICT Services Group as a Salesforce Data Analyst Team Leader with responsibility to monitor continuously and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy and process consistency to optimize business processes within the sales team related to Salesforce and other systems.

Experience Required:

* Experience in working in a fast-paced IT environment

* Leadership skills in terms of being able to present and communicate at a high level, as well as lead a global team

* Understand financial terms and so feel comfortable in talking about revenue, margins and other related information

* Strong Communication skills

Primary duties

* Creates and maintains Sales databases to track business performance (Salesforce-dot-com)

* Analyses data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures

* Develops and analyses business performance reports (e.g. for sales pipelines, quote data and broker book of business) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies

* Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports

* May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools

* Reports project status and progress to executive level/senior management

* Analyse data surrounding the various aspects of the sales process including, but not limited to: sales rep performance, quota attainment, manager performance, territory assignments, forecast performance, and discount analysis

* Implement and enforce tools, processes, and automation that maintain integrity and streamline quality of data within Salesforce and other systems

* Uncover and review actionable, data-driven insights with sales management that drive informed decisions, improves the sales process and generates revenue growth

* Work with the Director, Global Sales Performance and Sales Support Analysts to drive design of processes and supporting tools and systems as well as sales team adherence to processes

* Coordinate process design with marketing and sales to ensure smooth process and appropriate handoff

* Participate in strategic planning sessions with sales management & Training/mentoring other members of the team on analysis, trends, reporting and etc.

* Optimize processes, identify continuous data integrity improvement, and create automated data sharing for updates within and across our system of records in support of the sales team operations

* Partners with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and team objectives

How you'll do it:

* Monitor continuously and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy and process consistency to optimize business processes within the sales team related to Salesforce and other systems

* Work closely with sales management to drive sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales reporting/analytics, territory management, quota setting, quota attainment tracking and other sales operations activities in support of the sales organization

* Perform data analysis and provide meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day to day sales operations and initiatives
