The Company

A rapidly growing Foreign Exchange Brokerage. Founded in 2006, we are a debt-free company with a continued year-on-year growth trend.

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the CEO and the Board.

The role of the Office Manager

* Take minutes and write up meeting notes for Board, senior management and committee meetings.

* Manage the day to day running of the office and its non-professional service providers. Order stationary and general ad hoc supplies for the office.

* Act as liaison with external HR service provider and maintain HR database.

* Take new starters through the induction process including sending offer letters/contracts, obtaining references and going through their induction on their first day.

* Act as a liaison with the company accountants and manage day to day finances, expenses of the company including paying all invoices. Make sure invoices and bank statements are accurately passed to the accountants for them to prepare the monthly management accounts.

* Prepare commission, payroll & pension reports to submit to the accountants each month for staff salaries.

* PA to the CEO, managing calendar, assisting filling corporate rugby events and other ad hoc duties.

The ideal Office Manager

* 2-3 years experience in a similar role

* Experience of working as a PA or in complaince
