Training Manager - Surrey - £40,000 PA + £1,500 OLWA, 25 days holiday + bank / travel expenses paid, pensions scheme, working equipment, childcare vouchers.

The Role: Training Manager

• We are looking for a Professional Training Manager to lead of the delivery and development of high quality classroom based programmes.
• Based in Surrey, you will also be responsible for managing a team of professional delivery staff, monitoring the learner and employer journey and ensuring the training delivered meets national standards and the needs of the learners and employers.
• You will also be involved in supporting with Curriculum Development across a wide range of programmes, and expected to contribute to the development of new and existing relationships with local stakeholders, maximising opportunity for business growth.
• The successful candidate will also contribute to the quality assurances processes including self-assessment, OTLA and support in preparation for external verification and audits.
• A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Essential Requirements: Training Manager

• Hold a Assessor (A1, D32/D33, TAQA) and IQA (V1, IQA, D34) Qualifications
• Strong understanding of learning and skills provisions (across business skills + childcare) and experience of effectively managing, developing and monitoring a training provision
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes
• Have experience using MIS systems and managing learner data

Desirables: Training Manager

• Recent experience with Ofsted would be beneficial
