We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing professional with good design skills using InDesign and Photoshop, as well as digital marketing.
Duties will include:
• Design, develop and organise company exhibitions and events.
• Assist with the production of marketing material including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters.
• Lead digital marketing activities.
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material.
• Write press release and proof articles, and promotional material.
• Maintain strong contacts and relationships with industry press.
• Liaise with designers and printers.
• Innovating new ways to present brands and products to target audiences.
• Prepare interesting written copy for the website.
• Source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press.
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
• Managing budgets.
• Supporting the marketing manager and work closely with employees in all departments.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of company sales and marketing plans, and administer all web content maintenance on the company website.
• Provide monthly analysis using Google Analytics and evaluation of customer complaints, identifying trends.
• Provide regular market and competitor research and analysis, as required.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Skills and Qualifications required:
• A business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing skills.
• Experience with relevant software applications - Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• Effective project management skills.
