This Brand Marketing Manager is for a company whose business growth strategy is brand and campaign led; they are on a mission to push their purpose through a range of multi-channel campaigns. To ensure they continue on a predictable and sustainable growth curve they are now looking for an experienced, creative and effective Campaign and Marketing Manager to implement their vision, ideas, purpose and message across a range of strategic marketing campaigns, and push through the speed of marketing collateral to ensure they create a more consistent and bigger voice within the current and new market channels.

They want a creative, outside the box thinker, a person who wants to grow with the brand, a person who can help push their internal culture externally, engage with target markets through multi-channels to help build a valued, respected and recognised brand.

If you are adept at building brands, managing a marketing /business development team, want more space and flexibility to be creative, engaging or push boundaries, this role could be for you.

You will have 3 years+ experience which will be used to:

Ensure the purpose, message and brand DNA is driven through all company communications.
Create campaigns (map out, build and ensure implementation of multiple, multi-channel marketing campaigns), work to deadlines and monitor output/ performance.
Hands on implementation of above and below the line B2B marketing activity including print and online advertising, expo attendance, roadshows and direct mail as well as PR and Social
Plan and manage output of the general marketing strategy.
Work with and manage digital marketing, design and business development teams.
Employ your creative eye and fresh design ideas for all online and offline marketing.
Strengthen product development and marketing strategies.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, roadshows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
Develop new and existing products and services, come up with ideas for new packaging designs including aesthetic presentation.
Co-ordinate the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.
