We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, to join a successful and well-established business based in Bromsgrove. We are looking for someone with experience in accounts, purchase/sales ledger, credit control and payroll, along with the strong knowledge of Sage.

This a part time, permanent opportunity with a salary from £18,000 - £20,000 pro rata. The hours are 9am – 3pm.

Duties will include:

• Purchase and Sales Ledger

• Foreign Currency Accounts

• Weekly and end of month reports

• Bank Reconciliations

• Credit Control

• Vat Returns

• Payroll

• Processing invoices

• Dealing with telephone queries

• Ordering stock from suppliers

Skills and Experience needed:

• Must have at least 2 years Accounts experience

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong IT skills, and confidence in working with, MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook

• A good working knowledge and experience of SAGE 50
