We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our valued client in Rugby.

Do you have previous administrator experience and, are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work in a friendly open plan office environment? If so then this could be the perfect permanent role for you!!

Main roles and responsibilities will include

- General administration

- Filing / Sending out quotations

- Emails and data input

- Updating existing policies

- Talking to current and potential clients

- Chasing renewal bookings and diary management

- Other office duties

The right candidate will be expected to be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, use of PDF software, electronic scanning, photocopying and maintaining electronic folders and files.

The hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 5.30pm. There is no fixed overtime but occasional flexibility will be required should the need arise.
