Business Analyst / SCRUM / agile/ Software

As part of our team, you could be working with some of the biggest names in the Traffic and Rail sectors including London Underground, Network Rail, Transport for London.

telent have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to work alongside our Software team who are working on new and exciting projects – no two days will ever be the same!

* telent is a technology partner to some of the biggest names in the rail sectors including London Underground, Network Rail and Transport for London providing maintenance and management of our customers assets to ensure continued and reliable service is maintained for their critical communications infrastructure.

What will you be responsible for?

* becoming a trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and take product ownership responsabilities.
* You will provide critical analysis ensuring outcomes and deliverables align with the business strategy liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

* Facilitating discussion between the business and the development team to gather requirements
* Creating and updating user stories
* Participating in user refinement and daily SCRUM ceremonies
* Sap Analysis and Risk Management

What experience are telent looking for?

* Experience in the Full Software Development Lifecycle
* Experience as a Business Analyst / Agile BA within an Agile / Scrum environment
* Business process mapping/engineering
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to negotiate and manage expectations
* Strong communication (written and spoken), facilitation presentation skills (particularly for workshops and agile ceremonies)
