An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our Yell Agency team in our Birmingham office.

The Yell Agency team provide bespoke digital marketing solutions to our high spending clients and provide an industry-leading level of service. You will bring your expertise to a highly skilled and knowledgeable Agency team and be the first point of contact for the customer, responsible for providing a customer focused, fast and effective ‘platinum level’ pre-live service. This role would suit candidates with strong digital marketing knowledge and excellent customer facing skills.

The Role

* Onboarding customers into Yell Agency over the phone, taking inbound and making outbound calls.
* Being the main point of contact for the customer throughout the onboarding process.
* Liaising with the Sales team and Product Specialists to progress customer accounts through the pre-live journey.
* Liaising with 3rd party Agency suppliers to progress customer accounts through the pre-live journey.
* Liaising with customers and customer’s external web agencies to progress accounts through the pre-live journey.
* Managing the customers Digital Marketing Project through the pre-live process.
* Undertaking a comprehensive handover of the customer to the in-life team at set live.
* Production of in-depth marketing strategy pitch documents for the Agency sales team.

The Person

* Previous experience in all Digital marketing disciplines. Primarily Web, Paid Search, SEO & Social.
* An early knowledge of Yell’s products
* A good understanding of digital marketing with ambitions to expand that knowledge
* Customer focused.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively build internal and external relationships.
* Previous experience in a customer facing role.
