An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tutor to join our organisation at our Head Office which is located directly opposite Charing Cross station in the strand. This role is working for a multi-award winning Apprenticeship training provider and Apprenticeship Levy consultancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the Traineeship programme to agreed number of learners in a classroom environment and assist them through delivery of job focused support, personal and social development, sector skills and basic Maths & English. You will also need to ensure retention and progression are achieved in line with company standards.

Responsibilities for role will include:

* The delivery of effective quality training and learning to regular cohorts of learners that enables successful progression to a work placement.

* To be able to contribute new ideas for creation of new material in the

* Proven ability to develop and adapt training programmes to suit the needs of particular learners.

* Accurate attendance monitoring and reporting using both manual and electronic systems

* Create and update effective action plans for learner activity.

* Attend weekly QFG meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

* Ensure every branch operates in the exact same way in accordance with the company timetable.

* To participate in standardisation meetings and training to maintain skills and knowledge relating to the role.
