We are looking for a Backend .Net Developer C#, Web API, SQL to join a business who are a leading provider of innovative SaaS-based learning technology, supporting over 500,000+ students across Europe.

With a recently secured Series A funding, our focus is now on growing the platform out further, concentrating on building new products, features, and ensuring the platform is robust and scalable to cope with our ambitious goal to support millions of students worldwide.

As part of this this growth plan, we are looking at bringing on a Backend .Net Developer to join the team to focus on new features in C# and Web API. We are currently in the process of building a new scrum team, so this will quickly progress into a Senior Backend .Net Developer role where you will be involved in all Software and System architecture decisions. Our platform is hosted in AWS and using Jenkins and Octopus Deploy for CI & CD pipelines.

As we continue expanding, you will be presented an opportunity to shape your career path to your own interests, becoming increasingly full-stack with React and Redux, or even cross-training into Kotlin, Java or Objective-C.

So what do we need from you, the Backend .Net developer?

API experience! You will need to experience in building or extending API's and Web Services. Experience using Web API is ideal.

SQL We are looking for you to have experience in designing and building databases and building new features that rely on specific database changes and configurations

Ability to create Unit and Integration Tests we would love it if you do this in your day to day job.

An interest/understanding of architectural positions You will get heavily involved these decisions moving forward, so its great if you have an interest.
