Our client, a commodities trading house, is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their IT team based in London.

Knowledge and Experience

* Proven working experience in providing help desk support in an Active Directory Windows environment

* Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

* Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Operating System, MS Office Suite 2016, MacOS, antivirus software, print, and imaging devices.

* Experience providing 24x7 on-call technical support is a plus.

Qualification and Skills

* Must be able to lift 35 lb

* Advanced Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel skills

* Familiar with Private circuits, Firewalls, VMWare, SAN technology, Switches, routers, etc
