Job Overview: Working with one of our business partners, a successful plastics manufacturer, they are looking to appoint an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

Job Role: As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs of manufacturing machinery including injection moulding machines, robots and all associated ancillary equipment. As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will have strong electrical/mechanical applications with proven experience of problem solving, fault finding and repairing of injection moulding machines as well as automated systems and assembly lines.

You must have had some involvement with hydraulics and / or pneumatics within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have upto date 16th / 17th edition qualifications, C&G or ONC within an engineering discipline.

Required experience & Qualifications

* Experience working with injection moulding machinery and all associated ancillary equipment.

* Prior experience working within hi-volume manufacturing or automation environment

* Electrical Engineering OR time-served apprenticeship C&G or similar qualification

* 16th OR 17th edition wiring regulations qualification (or equivalent)
