Financial Transactions Manager

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £185.00 to £250.00 per day
Contract Term: Minimum 6 Months:
Tenure: Full Time, 5 days per week between Monday and Friday
Notice period: One week

Greenacre Recruitment are partnering with a large, successful Housing Provider based in Cambridgeshire to source a pivotal role for an exciting period of growth for the business. The role, a Financial Transactions Manager, is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months on a full time basis.

The Financial Transactions Manager role is a key position in the finance team and will be heading both aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is your opportunity to help develop an experienced finance team through regular appraisals utilising learning and development tools.

The role will entail you:
* Overseeing a team of 23 (5 direct reports and 18 indirect reports)
* Responsible for reconciliation of income management
* Accounts payable control accounts
* Production and distribution of informative periodic rent and service charge budgeting
* Providing regular management information including KPI’s

To be successful in your application for the role, you will have;
* AAT qualified or equivalent, QBE
* Previous experience within a social housing
* Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Performing high volume transaction control account reconciliations
* Experience of developing and motivating staff in a high volume transaction environment
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
