Technical Support Agent – Tytherington

My client is a leading IT company with an outstanding employee reputation. They are looking for multiple Customer Support Agents to add to their growing team.

The Role

The role will be about 30% telephone based. The rest of the time you will be working to resolve technical issues in a first line support position. A full 12-week training programme will be provided once you start. You will be required to work shifts on a rota-basis once completing the training. This will include night shifts (1 week in 6 minimum), although there is some flexibility on this.

The Ideal Candidate:

-Genuinely happy to answer the phone and speak to customers all day

-A methodical problem solver with an inquisitive, investigative mind and pays attention to detail

-Pro-active, flexible approach to work- willingness to work various shifts to support a 24/7 workplace

-Excellent communication and customer service skills, dealing with customers at all levels in a friendly, professional way

-Team player always supporting colleagues, open and sharing knowledge

-Lives the company values and is accountable, reliable and takes -responsibility for own actions

-Ability to explain functionality and processes to customers

-Builds strong relationships within the company

Some technical experience is essential. (First line support, technical support, etc.)
