We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Manager to join their team in London.

Wholesale Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery of Budget - trade account to maximise revenue

- Driving customer and company performance through the day to day management of accounts, and by taking a pro-active approach to trading and stock optimisation across all sale channels.
- Proposal of reforecast / issue to management under direction of Executive Wholesale Manager & Head Of Merc
- Gather and analysis sales performance by customer, offering replenishment / substitutions. Completing end of season / end of month analysis
- Regular offer of FTS catalogues (personalised / timely)
- Present teams weekly update (product)
- Trade calls (dependent on customer requirement)
- Report on returns / sell through risk & opportunities
- Customer seasonal strategy sessions (share budgets) & feed into product pre-season planning
- Target to hit & exceed budget requirements, LFL growth

Account Management and exceptional customer service

- International & UK accounts customer service: communication / trade review / order enquiry / delivery updates / customer catalogue management (selection & FTS)
- Email response within 24 hours / resolution within 72 hours
- New customer support - ie. as additional customers are added to the portfolio support on business requirement as directed by Executive Wholesale Manager
- Assist in new customer research
- Understanding of contract negotiations / content / best practice & able to support the process when required

Customer Sales order data management

- Order collation and completion (inc sample orders)
- Amendments / cancellation / date changes (within 24 hrs) are actioned
- Order confirmations (within 1 wk of sign off)
- Supply of data files as needed e.g. EAN, Product data file requests
- Ensure that the customer order requirement is achievable and that there is stock available to support the order
- Management of "Awaiting PO / MDA" pro-active management to ensure sample & bulk delivery on time
- Review of daily reports e.g. Frozen / to freeze allocations ensure actioned within deadlines
- Review of current customer delivery status .. pro-actively assess any customer `s weekly delivery schedule minimizing any potential "lateness" communication / compromise / negation of cancellations
- Able to complete the system process for customer set up / sales order upload / order maintenance / customer allocation / pick generation / CML status / dispatch

Sample Management - delivered on time to customer`s requirements

- Sample orders are raised, with the correct size & delivery requirement, at time of sales order
- Complete ownership of the sample sales order book is correctly tracked / managed to reflect the customer order book requirement & dates (missing samples re-ordered)
- Oversee Production sample delivery (- 4 wks to opening window) & comms with customer to confirm receipt
- Marketing sample requests. Arrange ERP sales orders and confirm delivery
- Fortnightly update of BOND stock rails / current wholesale show room samples to reflect what is available

Image & Catalogue Management - the correct reflection of the production selected

- Ensure that the Nu Order Image process best practice is followed M:\Wholesale\Processes\Nu Order
- Nu order - ensure that the tool accurately reflects product details highlight to tge relative departments to ensure update
- Image management - support process to ensure the product is correctly reflected on production of sales catalogues

Showroom & Appointments - the correct reflection of the product selection

- Ensure that the showroom best-practice is followed in line with the correct timelines M:\Wholesale\Processes\Showroom Management
- Liaising with buying team on calendar / customer apts / block diaries
- Liaising with buying team on sample availability / ensuring labels correctly attached
- Scan of showroom (pre-every apt) / Check Nu Order / Check Supplier roll / Check ERP Data
- Record of samples removed, record of "showroom sample location"

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience with small independent brands or high street brands.
- Has a good knowledge of commercials, structured and methodical.
- Solid experience and understanding of international retail markets
- Previous sales experience across worldwide accounts
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- A team player with a dynamic approach
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of overseeing many different tasks / projects
- Able to prioritise own and team workload depending on department requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel
- Flawless attention to detail
