About the area you’ll be working in
We have a network of Health Clinics across the UK that provide a range of private Health services such as physiotherapy, health assessments and GP appointments. Our services and treatments are available to everyone – not just those with health insurance.

What you'll be doing
As a Marketing Executive you will support the Marketing team in delivering a program of marketing communications activity to drive growth through the acquisition of new members and retention of active members.
You’ll establish effective working relationships with centre managers and operations teams to deliver to hit growth targets for new customers numbers and products. What’s a typical day?
You’ll use your expertise, knowledge and experience to drive local initiatives that drive new patients to the health clinics and new business against each of the health clinics product lines.

• Attending meetings to understand current up sell and cross sell activity.
• Identifying future opportunities to drive customer revenue.
• Working with a cross-functional team to deliver a program of promotion for existing and new health clinics, with a focus on ensuring these centres are flagship sites and the face of the brand.
• Supporting the Senior exec/managers in developing effective health centre design and point of sale material would form part of the role.
• Support the delivery of a retail toolkit (POS in-store) - delivering the marketing activity for a calendar of in-centre promotions which include cross sell, up-sell and point of sale

Who we’re looking for?
• You’ll demonstrate your excellent interpersonal skills, be a creative problem solver and be passionate about delivering the very best communications to our customers.
• You must have the desire to enhance and improve what we currently do well and an appetite to test and learn,
• An ability to identify opportunities for growth through campaign analysis so that we can invest in initiatives that we know have a proven ROI.
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent with some marketing experience
• An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• To have the customer at the heart of everything we do and to be acutely aware of the customer journey and what we can do to enhance the journey
• An ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implementation experience in the latest tools, methods and approaches that are driving cross-channel acquisition and retention
