Brite Services are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced accounts assistant to work for a growing fire and security company based in Paignton. This is a full time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary with the possibility for this to increase after 6 months. You will be working within a small, friendly team and will be looking to continue to build on your career in a varied role! Working hours are between Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.

As an accounts assistant, your duties will include:

Sales & Purchase Ledger
Assisting queries for Credit Control
Issuing and raising customer statements, invoices and credit notes
Resolving queries
Answering and all incoming calls for the company
Administrative duties
Other general office duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

Experience using an accounts system such as Xero or Sage
Good attention to detail
Works well in a team and happy to get stuck in
Willingness to be flexible and help colleagues

Or experience in the following sectors:

Finance, Administration, Security, Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Warehousing & Distribution
