The ideal applicant will possess strong subject knowledge of English language and literature (demonstrated in degrees and A-levels). It is extremely desirable if you have school-based experience but any voluntary or indirect experience will be relevant as well (NCS, Summer camps etc.)

Responsibilities of English Graduate

>Taking pupils out for interventions and 1:1 sessions across GCSE and A-level
>Preparing the class and resources with the English Department
>Provide support in other subjects you are strong within (Media, Arts)
