A highly organised, reliable and internet savvy Office Administrator / Sales Administrator is needed to join the Guru team on a Maternity cover basis. Working from our Tonbridge office you'll form part of a smart recruitment company who help smart businesses, hire brilliant, inspirational talent.

Joining as Office Administrator / Sales Administrator you will take up an integral Office Administration role supporting the Account Management, Sales and Management teams. On a day-to-day basis expect to run campaign reports, help to manage campaign administration within our CRM database, update company spreadsheets, send sales information internally, send sales invoices, general office administration and more.
To qualify... You should be an Office Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support Administrator or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:
- Solid office administration experience;
- Exposure to CRMs;
- A high level of competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to work off your own initiative;
- Excellent communication skills (you'll need to liaise across all levels of the company);
- A can-do attitude who stays calm under pressure.
Any Microsoft Dynamics or Sage invoicing experience is desirable but not essential.
