You will work for a successful, fast-paced entrepreneurial firm. This is a hospitality-specialised firm, building out hotels across the UK and Europe.


- Main point of contact for the company
- Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Managing in-house Social Media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Improve Project Management and workflow efficiencies
- Manage deal filings, client databases and membership lists
- Liaise with other staff members on behalf of the Founder
- Book travel, prepare & submit expense reports via Receiptbank and reserve conference rooms
- Answer phones and take messages
- Help with the occasional setup of breakfast and lunch meetings

- Strong MS Office knowledge, particularly MS Word, Outlook, OneNote, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Asana, Dropbox, Docusign and video conferencing tools
- 4 or more years of executive assistant experience at C-Level
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Personable, flexible
- Ability to prioritise, anticipate needs and handle multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Support in building a trusting and respectful culture
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and sense of urgency
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
