Automotive Rollout Consultant - Dealer Management System (Toyota / Lexus)
UK Field Based with visits to Burgh Heath, Surrey

We are a well-established provider of learning and development solutions. We are now looking to engage a Roll out Consultant to join an existing team to support Toyota’s transitional change to the new Drive Dealer Management System (DMS) across their network.
The Rollout Consultant Role:
Commencing Jan 2019 the Automotive Rollout Consultant will predominantly be field based with extensive travel across the UK. Overnight stays will also be required throughout the duration of the project. Toyota’s headquarters are based in Burgh Heath, Surrey. Successful candidates must be have a willingness to travel to team meetings, Toyota/Lexus sites etc.
The role will focus on:
+ Engagement with Drive DMS users across retail facilities to ensure operational knowledge is maximised
+ Development of a clear understanding of system differences and how to get the best out of the new system, including how to run and interpret reports to provide key data for managing the user's department
+ Change management, coaching and supporting end users in the retail facilities
You will have automotive dealership experience with a sales focus as well as an in-depth DMS background and the ability to coach and train others.
This is a field based role, supporting Toyota and Lexus centres through the change process as they transition from current V8/Rev8 and other DMS systems to full utilisation and application of the new Drive system.
Key requirements for the successful candidate include:
+ Full, clean driving licence
+ Ability to be able to stay away overnight for up to a week at a time (maybe for several consecutive weeks)
+ Willing to travel across the whole of the UK
+ PC literate – (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc to a good skill level)
+ Fluent in English – both written and verbal
+ Able to work in the UK
Interviews will be held in mid-December. We are looking for someone who can commence work in January 2019.
You will also be highly organised and efficient and able to represent both the client and the manufacturer in a professional manner.
An extensive Induction program will be provided to ensure you have a consistent understanding of the Drive DMS, its features and differences, in addition to the retailer network standards and working practices.
