Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Smart Home Technology)

An ambitious and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is needed to join fast-growing home technology solution company based in Sevenoaks. With rapid career progression on offer, you will get the opportunity to work in a supportive environment selling a unique product.

Since 2011, this dynamic company has built an enviable reputation designing and installing discreet audio visual, smart home and home technology solutions that fit seamlessly into your home. Undergoing an exciting period of growth, they are now seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join their amazing team in a fantastic location.

Working closely with designers, engineers and project managers the Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will research and initiate new leads whilst supporting and maintaining the client database. The successful Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive will utilise their excellent communication skills to liaise between commercial partners and architects, forge superior relationships, spot client needs, deliver outstanding customer service and anything else necessary to maximise sales.

To qualify. You should be a Sales Consultant / New Business Sales Manager / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Account Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience working in a sales environment, ideally within the construction industry;
  • The ability to negotiate solutions with clients, acting above the line of accountability;
  • The ability to prepare sales action plans and strategies;
  • The ability to generate and qualify new business leads whilst sourcing and developing client referrals;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • A proven ability to be able to manage multiple client projects at a time whilst paying strict attention to detail;
  • The ability to work successfully, both autonomously and within a team;
  • The ability to identify and develop strong relationships with prospective customers on a corporate level.
