Marketing Manager Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Pencoed, Bridgend Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 Reports to: Director of Operations Status: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.Part time may be considered. Background Our client is a procurement consultancy service working on behalf of their customers throughout the UK to secure savings on their day-to-day costs - enabling them to use that money where it matters most. Our client?s highest priority is focusing on achieving savings, adding value and to provide excellent customer service to all their customers. What does our client want from their Marketing Manager: Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, deliver and measure a robust marketing strategy in line with their significant growth aspirations. The ideal candidate will have experience in making sense of complex data, market information, industry trends and customer needs to generate customer-focused acquisition and retention plans. You will be well organised, calm under pressure, creative, analytical, focused on results with a keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise your work. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, deliver and measure our clients marketing strategy. Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications / campaigns. Manage internal marketing support and external agencies to produce engaging content. Maximise digital marketing conversion optimisation. Work with senior stakeholders and customers. Plan and implement promotional campaigns. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of marketing objectives / activities. Develop strategic partner relationships that support the promotion of our client. Oversee the company?s marketing budget. Requirements of the Role A marketing & communications degree or qualification (i.e. CIM) is highly desirable with a minimum of 5 years marketing management experience. Experience in data insight, Google Analytics and behaviour analysis. Experience in managing marketing budgets and producing reports to demonstrate impact. Strong analytical and project management skills. Highly motivated, driven and team orientated. Strong creative outlook. Experience of leading a marketing team. Experience of marketing professional services to the schools /charity sector is desirable. Willing and able to work outside of normal hours e.g. occasional weekend work required. An understanding of the ethos and working practices of our client.
